Preparation

Preparation

The peppers are cut lengthwise. They are then filled with kajmak and carefully wrapped on all sides. After that, they are coated in flour and fried in hot oil.

Finally, they are drizzled with a thin layer of the dressing and balsamic cream.

Preparation of the dressing

The sour cream, mayonnaise, and truffle are mixed together with a silicone spatula until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Salt is added if needed.
