neutral cream

150 gr.

grated cheddar

a pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them as thinly as possible, like chips. Fry them in hot oil until they become golden brown and crispy.

Once fried, serve in a bowl and pour over the cheddar sauce. Then add the finely chopped crispy bacon, pickles, and pepperoncini.
